General
We are only the 3rd owners of Swan 44/037. Originally a French boat based in Nice
called Moana II, then Favona, and now El Tiburon.

We have service files for her recording our works carried out, and also documents
relating to the original French owner and then Favona’s major overhaul in 2003
carried out at Fox’s yard in Ipswich.
We have full documentation of ownership from the time she was built and proof of
VAT paid.
